Delivery in Switzerland
We deliver anywhere in Switzerland. The delivery time is shown when you place your order, before you pay. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders from 90 CHF. For smaller orders, delivery costs (7 CHF within Switzerland) are shown in your basket before you pay.
A hot water bottle on us from 180 CHF
On orders from 180 CHF, the Hot Water Bottle with Soft Cover is on us (worth 39.90 CHF). Once you reach that amount, add it from your basket in one click and its price is deducted automatically. The complimentary hot water bottle does not count towards the 180 CHF.
Returns within 30 days
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Here is how:
- write to us via the contact form, quoting your order number;
- we will send you the return instructions;
- send the item back unused and in its original condition.
The Muslin Blanket also comes with our 30-night softness guarantee, so you can try it, wash it and sleep under it before you decide (see below).

A blanket is best judged by living with it. So give the Muslin Blanket a proper try: wash it, sleep under it, keep it close. If within 30 nights it hasn't won you over, contact us via the contact form and we will refund you.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, the refund is made to the payment method used for your order.
