How do I place an order?
Choose your pieces, select the colour and, where relevant, the size, then add them to your basket. Simply follow the checkout steps from there. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or with Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely when you place your order.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver anywhere in Switzerland. The delivery time is shown when you place your order, before you pay.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on orders from 90 CHF. Below that amount, delivery costs (7 CHF within Switzerland) are shown in your basket before you pay.
How do I receive the complimentary hot water bottle?
On orders from 180 CHF, the Hot Water Bottle with Soft Cover is on us (worth 39.90 CHF). Once you reach that amount, a button appears in your basket: add it in one click and its price is deducted automatically. The complimentary hot water bottle does not count towards the 180 CHF.
How does the 50% off your second blanket offer work?
The offer applies to all our blankets. For every blanket you buy, a second blanket is 50% off. The discount is applied automatically in your basket, with no code needed. If the two blankets are priced differently, the discount applies to the lower-priced one. For example, two Muslin Blankets: 99.90 CHF + 49.95 CHF, so 149.85 CHF for both. This is a limited-time offer.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused and in its original condition. To start a return, write to us via the contact form and we will explain what to do next.
What is the 30-night softness guarantee?
It applies to the Muslin Blanket. Put it to a real test: wash it, sleep under it, take it to the sofa. If after 30 nights it hasn't won you over, get in touch and we will refund you.
How do I care for my textiles?
Each item has its own care instructions: please follow the guidance on its product page and label.
For our cotton gauze pieces:
- Machine wash at 30–40 °C on a delicate cycle.
- Dry naturally, or tumble dry on a low heat.
- No ironing needed: the gently crumpled look is part of its charm.
Cotton gauze becomes softer with every wash.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our blankets measure 150 × 200 cm: the ideal size for curling up on your own on the sofa or dressing the foot of the bed. The Fringed Cotton Gauze Throw comes in 130 × 170 and 150 × 200 cm, and our children's blanket measures 105 × 105 cm. Exact dimensions, along with sizes for pyjamas, ponchos and socks, are listed on each product page. If you are unsure, write to us and we will gladly help you choose.
Can I combine the offer with free delivery and the complimentary hot water bottle?
Yes. The thresholds are based on your basket total after the discount. Two Muslin Blankets with the offer come to 149.85 CHF: delivery is free, and you are only 30.15 CHF away from your complimentary Hot Water Bottle with Soft Cover.
